At RODA, we’re championing a new generation of builders, who are honest, trustworthy and likeable. We’ve made it our mission to break away from the stigma of builders being dodgy and unreliable and instead create a new reputation for our industry.

We are passionate about fostering long-term relationships with all our clients, and building relationships based on mutual respect and trustworthiness. We strive to keep clients in the loop during construction of their new home or development project and do whatever we can to ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget. Over our many years in the industry, we have assembled an exceptional team of office staff, site managers, tradespeople, partners, collaborators and designers who take pride in their work and ensure we deliver the best results possible for you. Our RODA team are highly skilled in their respective roles, with a collaborative spirit that makes our unique processes efficient, streamlined and user friendly.

Our tagline, New Generation Builders, also represents our love of innovative design ideas and our passion for being involved in a project from concept to completion. These passions have led us to our niche in Design + Build, which allows us to be involved in creating our clients dream homes throughout the building process.

In essence, as New Generation Builders, we are genuine, trustworthy and honest. We don’t hide costs or necessary details and we have the staff, systems and processes required to deliver your project on time, on budget and to your unique specifications. That’s the New Generation Builders promise.

We don’t make this promise lightly either – we have an online portal that allows clients to check in with the progress of their project at any time. As well as keeping us honest, this adds a new level of transparency not previously seen in the building industry.
